Aditi Sharma is a senior manager in Bridgespan’s India office. She has more than 10 years of consulting experience and has supported philanthropists, nonprofits, and the government on social protection, education, sanitation, and livelihoods. At Bridgespan, her work has focused on education, rural development, nonprofit resilience, and community-driven change. She has co-led Bridgespan’s multiyear initiatives on community-driven change and pay-what-it-takes. Aditi previously worked at KPMG in India's Health, Human, and Social Services practice.
