Madhurima has been leading the Early Childhood Development Mission in collaboration with the Bodoland Territorial Region government for the past three years. Prior to this, she worked with the Centre for Environment Education (CEE) and the Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council (WSSCC), focusing on sanitation during the Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) days. Her work blends grassroots engagement with strategic programme management, contributing to impactful and sustainable development initiatives.
