Dr Sneha Shashidhara is a senior research fellow at the Centre for Social and Behaviour Change (CSBC), Ashoka University, and visiting faculty with the department of psychology. She directs projects on education, health, gender equity, and financial inclusion, using behavioural insights to increase take-up, particularly for foundational learning. Her applied work spans measuring intimate partner violence using machine-learning models and persona-led vaccine uptake strategies. A Gates Cambridge Scholar, Sneha earned a PhD from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Neuroscience from IMPRS.
