Devanshi is co-founder and director at IDR, where she oversees audience growth, dissemination, global partnerships, and talent.In six years since IDR's launch, she grew the organisation's digital audience 82X times to 10 million people monthly, making it the largest independent media platform in Asia.
Cincy Jose heads editorial operations at IDR. She is involved in people, partnerships, and process management, and the projects she has led include setting up IDR Hindi and the multilanguage feature on IDR English. Prior to entering the development sector, Cincy spent seven years in the publishing industry holding key editorial positions at Juggernaut Books and DK Books India. She has a master’s and bachelor’s in English literature from Miranda House and Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University.
