Dr. Gayathri Vasudevan, founder of Sambhav Foundation, is dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities through education, employability, and entrepreneurship. Recognised globally for her work, she has received accolades like being named among the Top 50 Women In Business by Business Today, Forbes India's "Entrepreneur of the Year" (2018) and NITI Aayog's Women Transforming India Award (2021). With a Doctorate in Development Studies, she has 30 publications on labour, employment, and gender issues. She has worked with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and has been a TED speaker.
