Subhrajit Sen is a Kolkata-based documentary photographer, filmmaker, graphic designer, and educator. His work predominantly concentrates on the socio-political issues that are jeopardising livelihoods. He began his photography career through a project named ‘Death Valley’ around the inevitable effects of Uranium Mining. He also photographed for some leading news outlets. Currently, he is documenting the water crisis in urban India as a fellow of ‘Water Aid- India’ and teaching at the photography department of Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira, Belur Math.
