સ્મરિનિતા શેટ્ટી IDRમાં સહ-સ્થાપક અને CEO છે. IDR પહેલાં, સ્મરિનિતાએ દસરા, મોનિટર ઇન્ક્લુઝિવ માર્કેટ્સ (હવે FSG), જેપી મોર્ગન અને ધ ઇકોનોમિક ટાઇમ્સમાં કામ કર્યું હતું. તેણીએ Netscribes-ભારતની પ્રથમ નોલેજ પ્રોસેસ આઉટસોર્સિંગ ફર્મની સહ-સ્થાપના પણ કરી. સ્મરનીતાએ કોમ્પ્યુટર એન્જિનિયરિંગમાં બીઇ અને ફાઇનાન્સમાં એમબીએ કર્યું છે, બંને મુંબઈ યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી.
