Sohini is responsible for leading communications, advocacy and knowledge management initiatives at Tata Sustainability Group. She has over 15 years of experience in building and implementing large-scale strategies in behaviour change communication, public affairs and evidence-based advocacy across Asia. She began her career as a financial analyst and moved into international development, holding key positions with international nonprofits and multilateral agencies. Prior to joining the Tata group, she worked on child rights advocacy at Unicef India. She holds an MA in International Relations from Presidency College, Kolkata, and a post-graduate diploma in strategic communications from the London School of PR, UK.
