स्नेहा फिलिप आय. डी. आर. मध्ये आशय विकास आणि क्युरेशन या विभागाच्या प्रमुख आहेत. आय. डी. आर. च्या आधी, त्यांनी दसरा आणि एडलगिव्ह फाऊंडेशनमध्ये आरोग्य, स्वच्छता, लिंग समभाव आणि धोरणात्मक सेवा यासारख्या मुद्द्यांवर संशोधन आणि काम केले. स्नेहा यांनी ए. आय. ई. एस. ई. सी. या जगातील सर्वात मोठ्या युवक-संचालित ना-नफा संस्थेतही काम केले आणि बुडापेस्ट, हंगेरी येथील भाषा प्रशिक्षण कंपनीच्या त्या संस्थापक सदस्य होत्या. त्यांनी इन्स्टिट्यूट ऑफ डेव्हलपमेंट स्टडीज, युनिव्हर्सिटी ऑफ ससेक्स येथून डेव्हलपमेंट स्टडीजमध्ये एम. ए. आणि सेंट झेवियर कॉलेज, मुंबई येथून अर्थशास्त्रात बी. ए. केले आहे.
