Aarohi Damle works as a researcher at the Centre for Enquiry into Health and Allied Themes (CEHAT) where she studies gender-based violence in public spaces. She is a sociologist by training with an interest in gender and its intersection with health, labour, and migration. Aarohi has previously worked with informal workers in Maharashtra, and has also worked as a lecturer.
