Harsha was previously an associate at IDR, where she worked on sourcing, editing, and publishing content, producing video content, and conducting research. Harsha specialises in rural communications and has more than four years of work experience at multimedia news organisations. She is an International Anti-Human Trafficking Fellow under the aegis of IMPULSE Model Press Lab. Before IDR, she was a senior content editor at ETV Bharat’s national desk in Hyderabad, and a multimedia reporter at Hind Kisan in New Delhi.
