Nikhat Shaikh supports the research unit in designing and conducting qualitative research and evaluation for evidence-based practice and policy at SNEHA. She is a master trainer on issues of gender-based violence with a special focus on building gender sensitisation amongst health care providers and law protectors. She has over a decade of experience of crisis intervention, counselling, strengthening public systems to respond to gender-based violence.
