Sindhuja Penumarty works with Shram Sarathi, a grassroots finance organisation in Udaipur district, Rajasthan, on the financial inclusion of migrant workers and their families to help them manage various life-cycle needs, including consumption, housing, healthcare, and livelihoods. Prior to this, she worked in the social entrepreneurship and consulting sectors and was also a 2020 India Fellow. She has completed her BCom (Hons) from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University, and CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Level 2.
