Vishal Kumar is the CEO of Waste Warriors Society, a nonprofit based in Dehradun that catalyses systemic change in the waste management ecosystem in the Indian Himalayan Region. Waste Warriors implements projects in Dehradun, Dharamshala, Rishikesh, Govind Wildlife Sanctuary, and the Jim Corbett National Park landscape. Vishal holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in materials science and technology from IIT (BHU) Varanasi.
