Rati Forbes has been a director at the Forbes Marshall group of companies since 1992, and has been involved in overseeing the human resources function till four years ago.Today, Rati focuses full-time on the social initiatives of the company. She also heads the foundation and has initiated several programmes for underprivileged women and children from neighbouring communities across health, education and women's empowerment.Rati graduated in Psychology (Honours) and Sociology from Bombay University and has also studied Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour and Strategic Philanthropy. She graduated from Cambridge University with a Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership and Management.
