Steffi Fernando is a social impact professional, and is currently the assistant projects director of Vacha Resource Centre for Girls and Women, a project of Vacha Charitable Trust. She has spent close to a decade working with nonprofits and handling diverse portfolios including programme ideation, implementation, creating detailed monitoring and evaluation indicators, managing grant portfolios, and reporting and documentation. Steffi has a master’s degree in social work and a bachelor’s degree in mass media with a specialisation in advertising.
