Yagna Parmar is the director of Vacha Resource Centre for Girls and Women, a project of Vacha Charitable Trust. Her role involves project management, monitoring the project execution, strategic planning, fundraising, and donor management. She has spent the last 14 years working on issues related to women’s and girls’ rights. Yagna has a master’s degree in social work and a postgraduate diploma in career counselling. She has also developed a career fair programme for girls and youth from marginalised backgrounds.
